Hello Everyone, I have lots of details to share with you. We are getting really close to the trip of a lifetime!!!! I have below everyone's plane information and a plan that I thought would work out. Also, I'm going to try to include a picture on here of the airport and where the shuttle will be. It sounds really simple.

Jim and Barb will be meeting us in Heidelberg, there are traveling to Europe on the 24th of April and returning that Monday as well. Their plane leaves around 10am

Here is the link for the airport shuttle. It takes off every hour. I have included a map of where in the airport you will need to report for the shuttle. In Frankfurt it is Terminal 1, arrival area, hall B, exit B4-5. In Heidelberg it is the Crowne Plaza Hotel Passage. We all have to purchase the fare ahead of time (at least 3 days before online). I posted the link for everyone to do so. The bus leaves and arrives every hour. I've also included the bus times. The cost per person is 22.00 euro for a one-way and 40.00 euro for a round trip. This is also on their website. If there are any questions please ask. I will be emailing everyone this information as well.

Plane Tickets

We are all getting pretty eager right now to book our plane tickets. Brian and I would like you to be there on Friday (Some will be in Europe already). A good way to guarantee you there on Friday is to leave the US Thursday afternoon/evening. The later the better. This will give you an opportunity to sleep (hopefully) the whole flight since it will be overnight. You will then be planted in Germany Friday morning or early afternoon. Sounds like a lot of you are leaving that Monday. Maybe you can all coordinate. I can post the departure times and arrival times on here if you would like. Just send me your itinerary. It looks like the tickets haven't really changed in price since December on. :( But on a good note, the Euro is falling :). Great for us but not our economy. Please call us if you have any questions. Hotels

All,

Brian and I booked 9 double rooms at the Hotel Hackteuful. The dates are from April 30, 2010 to May 3, 2010 (3 nights). The price is 129 Euro per room. It is a great hotel right in the heart of the old town. All the pubs and shops are centrally located around this hotel. The rooms are two single beds and then pushed together to make a double. This is very common in Europe. Please let us know if you will take one of the rooms. We will need to know at least a month out so we can cancel any extra rooms.
